Podcaster, Editor, Co-Founder
Steve Stewart is a professional podcast editor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of the Podcast Editor Academy, a platform that helps aspiring and experienced editors build sustainable podcast production businesses.
Steve has been working in podcasting since the early days of the medium and has edited podcasts professionally since 2016, producing hundreds of episodes each year for independent creators and brands.
He is also the founder of the Podcast Editors Club, a Facebook community launched in 2017 that has grown to thousands of members focused specifically on the craft and business of podcast post-production.
Alongside co-founder Mark Deal, Steve created the Podcast Editor Academy to provide training, resources, and community support for podcast editors looking to turn their skills into profitable businesses.
Before entering podcasting full-time, Steve had a background in music and audio, working as a nightclub DJ and in record stores—experience that helped shape his passion for sound and storytelling.
Today, Steve is known for his practical, real-world approach to podcast production, his dedication to building community within the industry, and his mission to help editors grow successful, sustainable careers.
